I love the stamps for making this card. They are a 4-stamp set from Hero Arts entitled Fashion Blooms. I stamped each flower on a different colored cardstock to match the background papers. I then used watercolor pencils to add some colored accents to the flower centers. The embellishments are small plastic sequin-like discs adhered to each flower with glue dots. The scalloped border strip is from Stampin' Up. I used stickles in the holes of the border strip as well as on the faces of the flowers. I then added the Happy Birthday sentiment.
